Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Sharpex Engineering, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable products that meet your expectations. Every item is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves our facility.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
While we do not have a return policy, if your product has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:
1. The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
3. Clear photos or videos of the defect must be shared with our customer support team for verification.

Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or a similar model (if the original is unavailable).
