Exchange

  • 1.We are responsible for what we sell on sharpex.com & offers a simple and easy 10 day exchange policy. You can conveniently exchange any item within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • 2.Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • 3.All exchange items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • 4.Once the Exchange Request has been placed, the customer will have to share the reason for exchange and the photographs of the products to be exchange. Once we receive & verify the details, our team will then approve the exchange request and arrange for a pick-up.
  • 5.Once we receive the exchange products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the exchange having met the requirements mentioned earlier.
  • 6.A notification with the status of the exchange will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
  • 7.In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers will have to self-ship the items.
  • 8.Please make sure that the items to be exchanged are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

You can exchange an item online at sharpex.com by following the below steps.

For Registered Users:
  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at sharpex.com.
  • Choose the order that needs modification.
  • Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

For Guest Users:
  • Click on Order Return from footer Menu at sharpex.com.
  • Choose the order that needs modification.
  • Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

To process a exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be exchange with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –
